CERVEIRA CULTURAL FORUM

The Cultural Forum is the main “stage” of the Vila Nova de Cerveira International Art Biennial, as well as other permanent and temporary contemporary art exhibitions.

SAN PAYO CONVENT MUSEUM

The Convent has a collection of sculptures, drawings and paintings that allows visitors to get to know José Rodrigues' work better, in a collection of a few hundred pieces.

MILLS OF GÁVEA

The Interpretative Center of Moinhos da Gávea is divided into 5 recovered mills, which deal with issues related to molinoligia, ranging from the cereal cycle, with particular attention to corn.

PANORAMIC OF CERVEIRA / CERVO

It is the most well-known viewpoint in Vila Nova de Cerveira, located next to the sculpture of the deer by the sculptor José Rodrigues. From here you can glimpse a large part of the river Minho, from Valença to the mouth, in Caminha.

In the center of the river is the Friendship Bridge, which connects Cerveira to Goián, the islands of Boega and Amores, it is worth the visit.

RIO TOLLO NURSERIES

It has 30 hectares of land for cultivation and an annual production of 1.5 million plants, the largest producer in the Iberian peninsula and among the 5 largest in the world in the production of camellias.

VIÑEDOS ALTOS DE TORONA

Vineyard of 100 hectares located on the slope of Monte Galelo (Municipality of Tomiño, Pontevedra), 350 meters above sea level. Although close to the Atlantic and the river Minho, its location on the hillside means that it is not affected by the mists and humid conditions of the valley, nor by the cold in the peaks. The south orientation guarantees good sunshine, which contributes to a perfect ripening of the grape.
